Lao Gan Ma Black Bean Chilli Sauce provides savoury traditional Sichuan flavour for cooking or as a condiment. The aroma is at once reminiscent of ripe pineapple and savoury fermented fish. The beans have a surprisingly crispy texture. Try it as one stop shop for adding punch to pork or plain rice.
