Description
A sweetened and salted chilli sauce variety which is one of the perfect soybean oil based condiments applied in Chinese cooking. The soybean oil is infused with hot chilli peppers. A mix of fermented Kohlrabi vegetables, tofu and peanuts are fused to the chilli oil to prepare this chilli sauce.
