Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions are for Khanum Brand Instagram Competitions. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Competition is organized by Khanum & SOP International LTD, ICON, Grafton House, Third Ave, Harlow CM19 5AW
3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the competition.
4. The competition is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. 10 winners will be drawn from entries made over all competitions
8. The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated,
1 x Exclusive Khanum Brand Apron
1 x Exclusive Khanum Traditional Masala Dabba
1 x Khanum Ginger Powder
1 x Khanum Cumin Powder
1 x Khanum Turmeric Powder
1 x Khanum Whole Long Chillies
1 x Khanum Corriander Seeds
1 x Khanum Pure Creamed coconut
1 x Khanum Mild Madras Powder
1 x Khanum Garam Masala
1 x Khanum Tandoori Paste
* The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
9. Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT Thursday 21st of March 2024, the last day of the competition. The draw will be made within 5 days of the competition closing. Competition runs from 10th-21st of March 2024
10. Entrants will be draw at random and notified, via direct messaging within five days of the draw date.
11. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity and provide photos with presence of prizes and winner together within 7days after received of prizes. The organisers are free to use the photos for promotion purpose.
12. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
13. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.
14. The Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
