Ingredients1 medium cauliflower, trimmed of leaves
½ red pepper, thick strips
2 tsp olive oil
6 spring onions, trimmed
Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Heat the oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas 7. Cut cauliflower into 4 steaks (2 cm thick).
- Brush them with oil, place on baking sheet with red pepper, scatter spring onions. Roast in oven for 15 minutes until charred around the edges.
- Transfer to plates, drizzle with Roasted Sesame Dressing.
