King Prawn With Chilli And Lemongrass

12 king prawn                            
50g asparagus, sectioned              
1 sprig lemongrass, diced             
1 red pepper, diced                      
¼ onion, diced                           
1 tbsp minced garlic  

2 tbsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce  
1 tsp Chinese cooking wine

- Heat a wok over high heat. Deep fry the king prawn until gladdened or done, set aside.

- Stir-fry lemongrass, red pepper, onion and minced garlic until fragrant, add in king prawn. Stir-fry a while.  Then add in asparagus and sweet chili sauce. Continue to stir-fry until fragrant and sprinkle Chinese cooking wine and serve hot.
